Massimiliano is a full professor of Comparative Private Law at the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at the University of Brescia. He earned a JD from LUISS G. Carli, a PhD from the University of Florence, and an LLM from UC Berkeley. He was a Jemolo Fellow at Nuffield, Oxford, and an F. Braudel Senior Research Fellow at the European University Institute. Massimiliano brings almost 25 years of experience in technology transfer, intellectual property management, and university/industry relations to MITO Technology.
